We booked the place for one night and had an incredible experience. The rooms were great - clean, well decorated and comfortable. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and surprisingly free of mosquitoes and insects given the greenery around! … More The service provided was amazing with the cook and the help going out of their way to make you comfortable. The booking process was seamless. They also went out of their way to help us with a little last minute birthday decor request which was much appreciated. The food is homely and nice, although a little pricey, especially the barbecue.
Overall we had a great experience and would visit again. -
Excellent location within a beautiful forested area, huge campus where you can walk around. The 10 km long approach from Mangalore highway is narrow but extremely scenic. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven, mixie, induction cook top. Lots of fun activities. Great place for kids, family, friends. The highlight of our 24 hour stay was the serene morning, being woken up by the sounds of birds. Highly recommended.

The property is really nice and well maintained. The only reason that I am giving 2 stars is due to the greediness of the lady handling the reservations. She was not consistent on pricing and lacked professionalism. 3 of us reached out … More to her for pricing and she told different prices to all 3 of us. Funny thing was the price kept increasing by 5k. Be more professional and less greedy and you might be really successful with the venture. Also, we took our own coal and barbecue marinates but still had to pay 1k to use the small barbecue that they have. I mean come on!
Transportation and directions to reach our farm stay near Bangalore
You can reach Virama farm stay near Bangalore via 2 routes, that is via Nelamangala or Magadi Road. If you stay towards North Bangalore, we recommend to take Nelamangala route and if you stay in South Bangalore, we recommend the Magadi road.
Both the routes are well connected with asphalting till the farm stay. You will not encounter mud road and it very safe to travel in the night also.
