Virama's three accommodation blocks are designed to keep teams comfortable without unnecessary formality. The 6BHK Villa (sleeps 14) is ideal for leadership teams or senior employees. The two king rooms (sleep 4–6) offer quieter pairs or team leads a private space. The 12-bed bunker dorm is popular with engineering and junior teams — it creates its own social dynamic.

All rooms are air-conditioned with attached bathrooms, clean linen, and 24hr hot water. Wi-Fi is available in the main farmhouse — intentionally limited range to discourage the impulse to stay on Slack during team activities. The disconnection is part of the retreat's value.

Virama's kitchen serves South Indian and North Indian meals cooked fresh on-site — not outsourced catering with industrial quantities and predictable taste. For corporate outings the team typically serves: a South Indian lunch with rice, sambar, rasam and three sabzis; evening snacks and chai around the bonfire; and a North Indian dinner with roti, dal and a main course.

Breakfast the morning after — for overnight retreats — is a relaxed farm morning with idli, poha, eggs, fresh juice and fruit. Teams consistently rate the food as a highlight of their stay. Vegetarian, Jain and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
